Yield: 12 servings.
1 egg, beaten
1 C. sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
salt
Mix well and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
