Rocky Road Candy
This is perfect as a last minute gift, or even for the holidays.
1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 C. marshmallows (miniatures)
1/3 C. chopped nuts
4 C. marshmallows (miniatures)
1/3 C. chopped nuts
Melt chocolate slowly in a double boiler or in the microwave. Add marshmallows and pecans. Scoop onto waxed paper. Roll into a log. Chill 2 hours. Slice into 1/2 inch pieces.
