Here's a quick and easy microwave "kid friendly" recipe.
1 can of biscuits
1/3 C brown sugar
3 T water
3 T butter
1 t cinnamon.
In a plastic jello mold... combine water, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. Microwave 1 min on high to melt together.
Meanwhile; cut the biscuits into 1/4. After removing the sauce from the microwave, stir in the biscuits and microwave on high for 2:30 to 3 min on high. (I use this time to make a frosting).
When completed, use a dinner plate to place on top of the jello mold... invert and you will have a beautiful, delicious and quick breakfast treat!
