Mexican Casserole

This recipe was recently posted in the CopyKat Recipe exchange list. Thanks to KarrotsP for this great recipe.

1 lb. ground beef, cooked
1 C. Ranch style beans
12 corn tortillas
5 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 C. chopped onions

Brown meat with onions, add beans. Cut the tortillas in half and line buttered casserole dish with 6 tortillas. Pour half of meat mixture on top of the tortillas, layer with all of the cheese and put remaining tortillas on top. In saucepan heat cream of chicken soup and the Rotel tomatoes. Pour on top of the casserole. Bake 350 degrees covered for 30 minutes.
