This casserole is so tasty! It can be made ahead of time and cooked later.
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked
- 1 cup Ranch style beans
- 12 corn tortillas
- 5 ounces grated cheddar cheese
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
Brown meat with onions, add beans. Cut the tortillas in half and line buttered casserole dish with 6 tortillas. Pour the meat mixture on top of the tortillas, layer with all of the cheese and put remaining tortillas on top. In saucepan heat cream of chicken soup and the Rotel tomatoes. Pour on top of the casserole. Bake 350 degrees covered for 30 minutes.Print Recipe
