I personally can never get enough garlic cheese toast. You can find Gatsby located in Los Angeles. This goes so well with a hot bowl of soup for dinner.

Gatsby Cheese Toast

1 stick (1/2 C.) Butter melted
4 cloves Garlic, finely diced
1/2 tsp. ground Chili Pepper
1/3 C. grated Cheddar Cheese
1/3 C. grated Swiss cheese
1/3 C. grated Romano Cheese
1 loaf French bread, sliced diagonally
 

Preheat broiler. Combine all three cheeses. Combine butter, garlic, and chili pepper in a saucepan over low heat, allow it to simmer for about 7 minutes. Brush melted butter onto bread. Sprinkle cheese on bread and place on baking sheet. Place in over under broiler for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
