Favorite Potato Casserole
You can make this delicious potato casserole. This is made with frozen hashbrowns, sour cream, cheese and much more. This recipe was donated by a fellow view. This stuff is super. Thanks to Aladyamour for these.
2-3 lbs. frozen southern style hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 C. diced onions
16 oz. carton dairy sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz). can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 C. (1 stick) butter, melted
8 oz. package shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 C. crushed potato chips or corn flakes
1/2 C. melted butter
fresh chives
fresh parsley
1 C. diced onions

1 (10 3/4 oz). can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 C. (1 stick) butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onions, sour cream, condensed soup directly from can, butter, cheese, salt, and pepper. Spoon into a 9″ x 13″ x 2″ baking dish. Top with potato chips OR corn flakes. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Garnish with chives and parsley.
