Snow Icecream
I can remember making this many times when I was a child in Colorado. Once again this is from my Grandmother McDowell. She used to make this for my Mom, and the kids in the neighborhood. Use fresh snow, and make sure it is clean
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 C. sugar
2 C. milk
2 Tbsp. vanilla
a dash of salt
Add snow to desired consistency. And enjoy. I realize some people may not like to eat raw eggs. You might want to try Egg Beaters, but you are on your own. I live in Houston, TX, so it is not likely that I will get a chance to try this one.

CopyKat.com is the creation of Stephanie Manley. Stephanie started publishing recipes on the web in 1995 as a means to capture her family recipes in a format that they would not be thrown away. Over the years she has developed many recipes that taste just like the restaurant originals that you would normally go out to try.
I also live in Texas, and no we don’t get much snow, and not enough to pick up and eat, either. Try an ice shaver. You’ll get close to snow.
