Simon and Seafort's Focaccia

You can make this bread at home this is so yummy!

Ingredients

  • 2 pound Bread dough
  • 4 teaspoon chopped fresh Rosemary
  • 4 teaspoon chopped fresh Sage
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon softened whole - Butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare your favorite basic bread dough, enough for a 2 pound ball. Flatten the dough to approximately 1-1/2 inches thick. Lightly dust a sheet pan with flour. Lightly sprinkle the flattened dough with flour on both sides and place on the sheet pan. Brush the dough with olive oil and form to fit the pan.

Sprinkle the chopped garlic, salt and fresh herbs evenly over the dough. Rub the seasonings gently into the dough then lightly, with the tips of your fingers, place indentations throughout the dough.

Place the pan in your oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove and place on a wire rack to cool. Serve warm.
