Pumpkin Bread
Sometimes there is nothing like a warm loaf of pumpkin bread coming out of the oven.
3 C. sugar
1 C. oil
4 eggs
2/3 C. water
2 C. pumpkin (1 16 oz. can)
3 1/2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 C. oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together the first five ingredients and then slowly add in the dry ingredients. Bake for one hour, or until done.
