Nieman Marcus Cake
This cake is a very yummy!
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix with butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter, softened (margarine will work, but butter is better)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 pound box powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together butter, eggs, and cake mix. Press into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Mix together cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until the top is lightly browned.
