Lemon Lush

1 stick Butter
1/2 C. chopped Nuts
1 C. Flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese
1 C. Confectioner’s Sugar
1 C. Cool Whip
2 pkg. 4 serving size of pudding your choice in flavor
3 C. Milk
1/2 C. chopped Nuts
1 C. Flour

2 pkg. 4 serving size of pudding your choice in flavor
3 C. Milk
Mix together melted butter, chopped nuts, and flour. Spread into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and cool whip, and spread over the cooled crust. Mix together puddings and milk. Beat until it starts to thicken. Pour this over the cream cheese layer. Spread with cool whip and chill.
