2 C. corn meal
2 tsp. baking powder
9 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 C. milk
Dash red pepper
Mix these ingredients together. Drop from spoon into deep hot fat. Brown on both sides.
