Sift Together
2 C. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Melt:
2 sticks butter
1 C. water
Bring to rapid boil and pour over dry ingredients
1/2 C. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Bake in cookie sheet pan with edge at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
