This recipe was sent in by a fellow viewer, this is easy to make!
2 cans (16 oz. each) whole white potatoes, drained
1/4 C. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (Lawry’s is the best!)
2-3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese
1 Tbsp parsley
Place potatoes in an ungreased 8 inch square baking dish. Pour butter over potatoes. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, cheese and parsley. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
