20 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies
12 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 C. powdered sugar
2 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
8 oz.
cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
3 1/2 C. milk
Crunch Oreos until very they are fine. Make the pudding as directed, fold in Cool Whip. Beat cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar, and fold into pudding mixture. Line large flour pot with foil. Layer 1/3 Oreo cookies, gummy worms, then 1/2 pudding. Repeat layers, ending with Oreo cookie crumbs.
