Diabetic Oatmeal Apple Cookies
Diabetic Oatmeal Apple Cookies
These cookies are really yummy for diabetic cookies!
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Sugar Twin
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cup oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1 can small applesauce
- 2 cup flour
Instructions
Cream Sugar Twin, shortening, and eggs. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
