Chicken Casserole

6 Tbsp. Butter
6 Tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 C. Milk, scalded
2 C. Chicken Broth
1 C. Cheese, grated
1 Bell Pepper, diced
1 C. Celery
1 C. Noodles, cooked and drained
2 C. Chicken, cooked and cubed
6 Tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 C. Milk, scalded
2 C. Chicken Broth
1 C. Cheese, grated
1 Bell Pepper, diced
1 C. Celery
1 C. Noodles, cooked and drained
2 C. Chicken, cooked and cubed
Melt 4 tablespoons butter; blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk and 1 C. broth; cook until thick and smooth. Stir in cheese. Saute onion, green pepper, and celery in remaining butter. Add 1-cup broth; simmer for 5 minutes. Add to sauce with noodles and chicken. Turn into a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
