Blackberry Cobbler
Recipe is by fellow viewer Patty Hood. I’m a mom of twin sons age 8 and I work full time, so, I don’t have a lot of time for good old fashioned meals like I wish I could prepare, but I don’t get in until 6pm….so it has to be quick
1 C. Sugar
1 stick of melted Butter
1 C. Flour
1 LG. can of Blackberry pie filling
The best part is you put it all in the in an 8 by 8 inch ungreased pan, (no bowls to mess up) and bake at
350 degrees until brown about 30 min. It will make its own crust, add Vanilla Ice Cream and its delicious! This is one of my wonderful mother’s recipes!
*if you don’t like Blackberries you can substitute peaches or any other kind of canned pie filling or just frozen fruit from the grocers freezer or your own freezer if you have any fresh put up from the garden.
