Banana split Cake

This is a fun dessert for the kids, they can even help you make it!

Ingredients

  • 2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 stick butter melted
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • Mix and press in a 9x13" pan.
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Mix and spread on top of crumbs. Slice bananas (enough to cover mixture). Drain 1 large can crushed pineapple and spread in pan. Spread 1 large container Cool Whip over the pineapple. Sprinkle with pecans and chill

    This calls for raw eggs. Not a wise choice.
    Although it sounds good, the raw eggs are a deal breaker for me.

      You could use pasturized eggs and it would be fine.
