Applesauce Cake
Growing up in Pueblo, Colorado meant living next to some ladies that could really cook. This applesauce cake always reminds me of my former neighbor and the flavors of fall. Applesauce, nuts, raisins, and spices make for a nice change when serving cake. This cake goes well with cream cheese frosing. This recipe is by Lynn Ordorph. Pueblo, CO. 1976
