This is an over the top rich pie. You really only need a small piece of this. This recipe is by Virginia McDowell. Jefferson City, Mo. 1989, my grandmother.
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 20-oz. can drained crushed pineapple
1 large container Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust
Mix ingredients together. Pour into crust and refrigerate.
