Chocolate Puff Dessert
This is a chocolate dessert that will satisfy many a sweet tooth, chocolate pudding, Whipped Topping, and cream cheese make for a rich chocolate dessert.
1 C. water
1 stick margarline
1 C. flour
4 eggs
2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 1/2 C. milk
1 lg. container Cool Whip
Bring water & margarine to a boil on the stove. Remove from heat & add flour, mix well. Add eggs (one at a time) stirring well after each egg. Spread onto a well-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 20 – 25 minutes. Cool.
Cream cheese should be at room temperature. Mix well. Add pudding mix and milk & again mix well. Spread on cooled crust. Spread cool whip on top of pudding/cream cheese mixture. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
