Butterfinger Delight
Like Butterfingers? You will think you died and went to heaven with this.
2 1/2 C. crushed graham crackers
1/2 C. Butter, melted
2 pkgs. small instant chocolate pudding
2 C. cold milk
1 quart chocolate ice cream
8 Butterfingers
1 small container Cool Whip topping
Mix 2 cups crumbs and melted margarine and press into 9 x 13 pan.
Freeze. Mix pudding and milk, blend in softened ice cream. Pour into pan and freeze until set. Spread with whipped topping. Mix the crushed butterfingers and 1/2 C. crumbs and sprinkle over the cool whip. Freeze.
