Prepare raw fresh shrimp. Pour beer into a mixing bowl. Sift dry ingredients into the beer, and beat with a wire whisk until frothy. While using, whisk lightly from time to time. Batter may be used immediately or stored in the refrigerator for several days. This is also a great light crisp batter for frying vegetables, chicken or game.
