Toscana Pagila e Fieno

This is a hearty meal, with wonderful flavor!

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Green Noodles
  • 3 ounces White Noodles
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 cup Cook Ham cut into Julianne strips
  • 1/4 cup frozen Peas
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 well-beaten Egg Yolks

Instructions

Cook noodles in boiling salted water until they are done. Meanwhile in a large saucepan, combine cream, butter, ham and peas; heat to melt butter. Stir in cooked noodles. Cook about five minutes, until the noodles are well coated. Stir in cheese and egg yolks, cook until sauce has thickened.

Yield: 2 to 4 servings
