Toscana Pagila e Fieno

3 oz. White Noodles
1 C. Whipping Cream
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 C. Cook Ham cut into Julianne strips
1/4 C. frozen Peas
1/2 C. grated Parmesan Cheese
2 well-beaten Egg Yolks
Cook noodles in boiling salted water until they are done. Meanwhile in a large saucepan, combine cream, butter, ham and peas; heat to met butter. Stir in cooked noodles. Cook about five minutes, until the noodles are well coated. Stir in cheese and egg yolks, cook until sauce has thickened.
