Threadgills is known for their southern cooking.  This meat seasoning goes well with their chicken fried steak and much more.

Threadgills Meat Seasoning

1/2 C. kosher salt
4 Tbsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. white pepper
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp. granulated onion
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
4 Tbsp. granulated garlic

Mix ingredients well. Store in a glass jar or plastic container. Keep tightly sealed. Shake before each use to prevent settling.
