What a fun dish to have the kids help put together!
Ingredients
- 1 recipe seasoned meat
- 1 recipe Taco Bell Sauce
- 1 can refried beans
- 12 Flour Shells 6" - 7" (fried and drained well)
- 12 ounces Shredded Monterey Jack/Cheddar Cheese Mix
- 2 - 3 Tomatoes (small, diced)
- 3 - 5 Green Onion Tops diced
- Fry the tortilla shell in oil.
Instructions
One Fried Flour Shell
Spread 2 tablespoons of refried beans
Spoon 2 tablespoons of taco meat
One Fried Flour Shell
Spoon 2 tablespoons of Taco Sauce
Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of Mixed Cheeses on top
Pop into Microwave and heat until cheeses are melted.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Diced Tomatoes
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Diced Green Onions
Serve and enjoy!
