Simon and Seafort’s Irish Coffee is the perfect after dinner drink.
The following came from a publication that Simon and Seafort’s put out several years ago. There is nothing better than a coffee with a little extra kick in it.
Preheat a 7 oz. fizz glass with hot water. Mull 2 cubes sugar in the glass.
Then pour in order:
Rich strong coffee to 2/3 mark
1 oz. Murphy’s Irish Whiskey
Float fresh soft whipped cream
The liquor is always poured last to be sure the alcohol does not evaporate and the drink maintains its strength.
