This great recipe for cocoa mix was sent it by Maria.  You can make your own instant Cocoa.

1 C. sugar
1 C. Creamora or equivalent
1/8 C. cocoa powder (or more if you really like it thick)

Mix well. Dissolve 4-5 heaping teaspoons of mix to a coffee cup and fill with boiling water. Stir. Mini-marshmallows optional. Also since they’ve come out with flavored Creamora’s, I find those make a nice addition. I use half regular and half flavored. Since the mix tends to pile high I always tap the spoon on the edge of the container to obtain my “heaping teaspoon”.
