This steak is so good at Benihana’s I will have to try it at home!

I was taught a hibachi steak recipe by a true hibachi chef here in my hometown; this recipe is lacking quite a few ingredients. Hibachi is an equal mix of soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. And I use sesame oil for a wonderful flavor.
