So you wouldn’t normally think that Spinach roll could be so tasty, but these are definately worth a try.  Source Elaine Anderson. Shepherd, TX. 1989.

1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 small jar mayonnaise
1 small container sour cream
2 pkgs. Lipton vegetable soup mix
Flour tortillas

Mix all ingredients together, and chill for several hours. Spread on flour tortillas roll and slice.
