Players Sports Bar Boneless Buffalo Wings
Who doesn’t love hot wings, boneless, or bone in, perfect food for the game. You can find more great recipes from Arizona in By Requests. These hot wings are styled more like Hooters because they are battered Hot Wings.
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 C. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 lbs. skinless boneless chicken breasts
Canola oil for frying
1 C. hot sauce like Tabasco
2 Tbsp. melted butter
In a medium bowl, combine flour, seasoned salt, cumin, cornstarch, pepper, paprika, chili powder, and salt. Dredge chicken strips in flour mixture and deep fry in hot canola oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve with Red Hot Sauce.
Red Hot Sauce
1 C. hot sauce
2 Tbsp. butter
Combine melted butter and hot sauce together in a bowl. We highly recommend Frank’s Red Hot Sauce for delicious Hot Wings.
