Players Sports Bar Boneless Buffalo Wings
These boneless Buffalo chicken wings make great snacks for tailgating or watching your favorite came at home.
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken tenders
- Canola oil for frying
- 1 cup hot sauce like Tabasco
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Red Hot Sauce
- 1 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine flour, seasoned salt, cumin, cornstarch, pepper, paprika, chili powder, and salt. Dredge chicken strips in flour mixture and deep fry in hot canola oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve with Red Hot Sauce.
Red Hot Sauce
1 cup hot sauce
2 tablespoons butter
Combine melted butter and hot sauce together in a bowl. We highly recommend Frank's Red Hot Sauce for delicious Hot Wings.
