Sometimes a restaurant offers something that is unique and tasty. These peppers are so good, you won’t be able to stop eating them. We know that our test kitchen fell in love with these.

1 can (26 ounce) whole jalapenos, sliced in half by length and seeds removed
1 8 ounce package softened cream cheese
2 tablespoons dehydrated chives
1 tablespoon minced pimiento peppers
1/4 cup mayonnaise
When cream cheese is softened, whip the cream cheese. Add mayonnaise, chives, and pimientos. Blend together until smooth and fluffy. Fill jalapenos with cream cheese mixture and enjoy. Cover and store remaining jalapenos in refrigerator. You may have to double this one–you can’t eat just one! These would be a nice party buffet fill-in or a side dish for a office luncheon.
