Homemade Cheeseball
You can make these at home. Have you ever noticed the expiration date in the store on a cheeseball? Source Virginia McDowell. Jefferson City, Mo. 1975.
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 8-oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese (sharp)
2 tsp. Mayo
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 medium green pepper chopped fine
Small jar pimento
1 8-oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese (sharp)
2 tsp. Mayo
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 medium green pepper chopped fine
Small jar pimento
Mix thoroughly; roll into a ball. Roll cheese ball into chopped nuts or caraway seeds.
