- 2 cups chick peas, cooked in water
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 tablespoons tahini, (sesame paste) - found in oriental sections of your grocery store
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
