Dried Beef Cheese ball

Dried beef has a wonderful rich flavor that can stand up to many crackers. Making cheeseballs at home with your own recipe means that you can prepare a cheeseball without a great deal of preservatives and custom flavor your cheeseball to your preference.

Dried Beef Cheeseball

2 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
2 pkg. Dried Beef
1 bunch Green Onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Black Pepper
Chop dried Beef. Save about 1/4 cup for rolling later. Soften cheese. Blend in remaining ingredients. Shape into a ball, and roll in reserved beef chips. Chill until needed. Set out about 30 minutes before serving time to soften.
