Company cheeseball
Having items like cheese balls made in your refrigerator is comforting because you are always prepared for company that happens to drop by. You can make a cheeseball at home with a few simple ingredients in your refrigerator. You can make this appetizers easily in your own kitchen.
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon steaksauce (A-1 Steakhouse, Or Heinz 57)
4 tablespoon butter
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry onions
Let cream cheese soften. In a bowl beat all ingredients together. Blend mixture until it is smooth. Refrigerate several hours. Roll into ball and roll in nuts of your choice.
