I used to be a culinary assistant at Cheddar’s, and this recipe is about 3 cheeses off. They put five different cheeses in the Sante Fe; Monterary Jack, Cream Cheese, American, White American, and Pepper Jack

This is a horrible recipe. I am shocked no one has said this before! I am thinking the spinach in the can is not the way to go!

Mine didn’t taste like Cheddar’s. Not cheesy enough I think. Seemed like way too much spinach.
