Avocado and Bacon Dip
This isn’t guacamole, but rather a dip for corn chips, or for burgers, or even a salad dressing.
2 medium Avocados, peeled and pitted
1/2 C. Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Onion, grated
1 tsp. Salt
4 sliced Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 C. Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Onion, grated
1 tsp. Salt
4 sliced Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Mashed avocados with a fork, or force through sieve. Add sour cream, lemon juice, and onion and add salt; chill. Just before serving stir in bacon, reserving a few bits for garnish. Serve with chips.
